Booking & Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Notice Required: Your session time is reserved exclusively for your care. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely, will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the session rate.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at its scheduled time to respect subsequent clients, and full treatment rates will apply.

First Session Intake Protocols

• 30-Minute Intake: Every new client relationship begins with a clinical intake to analyze movement, health indicators, and history.
• Scheduling: If you reserve a 60-minute therapeutic treatment, please plan for a 90-minute time commitment on your personal calendar. Amy will text to confirm this.

Studio Service Animal Disclosures

• Constant Companion Policy: My service dog, Rila, is a vital part of my medical support team and is present during all in-person treatments, training cohorts, and circles.
• Proactive Accommodations: If you navigate severe canine allergies, fear, or unique accessibility challenges, please utilize our contact form prior to booking so we can coordinate a safe, fully customized environment.

Illness & Energy Hygiene Guidelines

• Sickness Protocol: For your physical safety and the protection of vulnerable or elderly studio clients, please reschedule your session immediately if you are experiencing acute symptoms of communicable illness.
• Distance Options: In-person sessions can easily be pivoted to a remote online energy or guided journey session with advanced notice.

Classes & Certifications

• Class registration fees and booking deposits are non-refundable.
• If you cannot attend, your payment or deposit may be converted into a studio credit valid for one year from your original purchase date. This credit can be applied toward any other class, workshop, or individual session.
• Notice Required: To claim this credit, you must notify Amy *\before the first day of class. Once a certification class begins, no exchanges, transfers, or credits will be issued except in the event of an extraordinary emergency.

Workshops, Circles & Single Events:

• Registration for monthly testing workshops, community Reiki shares, and seasonal ceremonies is final.
• These individual group seats are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital products, all sales of audio meditations, workbook templates, and electronic guides are 100% final.
