In Holy Fire Reiki I, you will experience a blend of instruction, hands-on practice, and personalized guidance that nurtures your self-healing journey. How Each Class is Structured

Class 1: Introduction to Reiki and Holy Fire Energy
You’ll learn the history and principles of Reiki, how it connects to healing, and how Reiki works. This class includes your placement (attunement), which allows you to experience the Reiki energy firsthand. Questions (and skeptics) are encouraged and appreciated! Then together we will explore Reiki deeply through discussion and light meditation. After class, you’ll practice Gassho (meditation with Reiki) each day to start integrating Reiki into your life. This daily exercise gives you the chance to feel the connection with Reiki in your own space, without pressure or time limits.

Class 2: Hands-On Practice and Building Your Routine
Now that you’ve learned the basics, we’ll move into hands-on practice. You’ll receive step-by-step guidance on how to conduct Reiki on yourself and others, making this a very practical session. We’ll also discuss how to incorporate the 5 Ideals of Reiki and Energetic Hygiene principles into your daily routine and personal commitments. Between classes, you’ll be asked to practice Reiki on yourself (and those in your household) to strengthen your technique.

Class 3: Deepening Your Connection and Creating Your Self-Healing Practice
The final class focuses on refining your technique and deepening your bond with Reiki energy. You’ll learn how to use Reiki not just for self-healing, but also to cleanse and charge your energy field, your environment, food, and tools. Together, we will explore how to create a sustainable self-healing practice that becomes part of your lifestyle.

How Can I Prepare for Class?

Before the class begins, you’ll receive a list of recommended materials and pre-class instructions. We suggest setting up a quiet space for practice and reflecting on your intentions for taking the course to enhance your experience. Above all, understand that the Reiki energy begins working with you as soon as you commit to class. Start to give yourself the care you need to feel well in your body as preparation for class. For some, this means eating well, or even shifting to vegetarian or vegan diets, cutting our alcohol or recreational drugs. Follow your own inner wisdom to be kind and gentle to yourself, so that you feel well from body, heart, mind, to spirit as class begins.

What Support Will I Receive During and After Class?

During the class, you will receive personalized guidance and support from your instructor. After the class, you will have access to online resources, community forums, and follow-up support to help you continue your Reiki practice and address any questions. Dates, Times, and Tuition for the Karuna Reiki Class

This Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki™ Master Class will take place in Sedona, Arizona from November 9-11, 2024. The class runs daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, giving ample time for instruction, practice, and skill integration.

Tuition is $1,299. Secure your spot with a non-refundable deposit of $333 upon registration. Pay the remaining balance in full before the class begins. Spaces are limited to ensure personalized attention and a high-quality experience.

Even though we understand plans can change, we do not offer refunds. However, you can apply your funds to other classes or services within one year.

This beautiful 4-bedroom rental house in Uptown Sedona provides the perfect environment for class, and lodging for a limited few. The Matterhorn Inn allows you to fully immerse in the class experience, eliminating the need for a commute. Plus, you get to stay right in the heart of Sedona.

We offer two lodging options:

- Shared Room: $375 for 4 nights. Share a room with another student, ideal for those looking to reduce costs while still enjoying a comfortable stay.

- Private Bedroom: $750 for 4 nights. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of your own room, perfect for relaxation after each day of class.

*Sedona House at the Matterhorn Inn is our classroom and also open for lodging.*

Both options provide a cozy environment to enhance your Sedona experience. Since lodging spaces are limited, secure your accommodations as soon as possible. After we receive your deposit, we will provide further details and confirm availability.

Really, you won’t find a more classically “Sedona” experience, let alone at these sorts of rates for 4 nights of accommodations (Friday night through Tuesday morning).

Amtrak’s Southwest Chief also stops in Flagstaff, 30 minutes from Sedona, though weather may affect service. Groome Transportation offers a shuttle between Phoenix Sky Harbor and most Sedona hotels.
