Join us for a soothing, immersive Reiki Sound Healing experience every 2nd and 4th Wednesday evening in Chico.
No prior Reiki experience is necessary—this event is perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief, and a deep sense of peace.
When & Where
- Dates: 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month (Holiday schedule: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays in Nov & Dec).
- Time: 6:00 – 8:00 PM
- Location: Chico Free Spirit Healing Center
101 Salem Street, Suite 240, Chico, CA 95928 - Directions: Downtown at Salem and 1st Streets, kitty-corner from Laxson Auditorium, on the second floor behind Celestino’s Pizzeria.

How it Works
- Book your space: Reserve your spot in advance via the booking link below. Space is limited!
- What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and any comfort items you may need to relax. Dress in comfortable clothing.
- Please be on time: Doors close promptly at 6:15 to not disturb others gathered.

Session Schedule
- 6:00 PM: Doors open for setup
- 6:15 PM: Doors Close: Instruction, intention setting, and breathwork
- 6:30 PM: Sound bath begins
- 7:40 PM: Sound bath concludes, followed by a brief sharing and recovery period
- 7:45 PM: Dismissal and clean up.

What to Expect
Experience the healing power of sound infused with Holy Fire Karuna Reiki™—a compassionate energy that gently meets you where you are and supports your personal transformation.
This deeply meditative session will bathe you in sound vibrations from instruments like crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, handpan, chimes, and drums (instruments may vary by session).
Each sound bath is tuned to bring balance, healing, and nourishment to your energy field.

The experience we share together will evolve over time. There will be sessions dedicated to deep healing, others to relaxation, and recovery. Sound instruments will vary as well, from crystal bowls, to brass Tibetan bowls, chanting, toning, humming and mantra. Other times will be dedicated to Reiki drumming, breathwork, and audience participation. Choose your session to fit your needs.
The sound healing experience is channeled, while overall it is a renewing and relaxing experience, there will be times when the sound is dictated by the work at hand. Expect the overall experience to be pleasant and healing, however, there may be fleeting times during the session that you feel uncomfortable. Sound healing is not always just “pretty”, but meant to help us become aware of, and release wounds. Breathe through any discomfort, and release what is no longer needed. All will be well in the end.
