Reiki Classes - Multiple Sessions
Reiki Classes
Looking for Reiki training? Our Reiki classes are offered in multi-session formats to support deep learning and real-world practice. Most in-person classes are held in Chico, CA and meet weekly or biweekly to give you time to integrate and explore between sessions. Online classes—currently available for Reiki I, II, and III—meet via Zoom or Google Meet. All formats include access to class materials in Google Classroom. Hybrid options with optional in-person labs are coming soon. Be sure to double-check dates carefully, especially for immersive Retreat-style classes that meet daily or take place out of town.
Crystal & Sound Reiki Classes - Advanced In-Person Training
Deepen your Reiki practice with advanced tools. Our Crystal Reiki and Reiki Sound classes integrate Reiki with crystals and sound healing for more dynamic, multidimensional sessions. Based on the teachings of Laurelle Gaia and Michael Baird—expanded with Amy’s own techniques and manuals—these in-person offerings are held in Chico and occasionally at destination locations.
Each class requires Reiki II; final levels require Holy Fire Master.

Monthly Reiki Shares – Online and In Person
Connect, give, and receive in community. Reiki Shares are a chance to gather, practice, and experience Reiki together—whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or simply curious. We offer three ways to join:
- Chico Shares – In-person, twice a month on Sundays
- Online Shares – Live on Zoom, two Thursdays a month (with Whole Self Unity)
- Community Shares – Free social media livestreams, two Tuesdays a month
All shares begin at 5:30 pm pacific time (unless otherwise noted in the schedule).
Energy Healing Workshops for Beginners
Curious about energy healing but not ready for a full Reiki class? Our monthly Energy Healing Workshops are designed for beginners and open to all. Each session blends guided discussion with a practical meditation to help you explore your own healing process. Join us in Chico on Sundays or online in collaboration with Whole Self Unity on Thursdays. Come to one or follow the full series—each workshop stands on its own.
Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Sound Healings

Experience deep healing through sound and Reiki. Our Holy Fire Karuna Reiki™ Sound Baths are held twice monthly in Chico Free Spirit Healing Center. Each session blends sound healing with powerful Reiki energy to support relaxation, release, and renewal. Space is limited—reserve your spot in advance. Modalities vary, so check descriptions to find the session that resonates with your intentions.
Reiki Refreshers
Return to your Reiki practice with confidence. Our Reiki Refresher classes are designed for those who have completed Reiki I, II, or Holy Fire Master levels but haven’t been practicing and want to reconnect with the energy. Options include a one-day Reiki I or II refresher (with renewed attunement), or a Holy Fire® Reiki Re-Ignition for Holy Fire Reiki Masters or Karuna Reiki Masters seeking to deepen their connection without retaking a full Master course. Offered online and in person.
Proof of previous certification required.
