Kinesio Taping $10 - 20
Tape for reduction of swelling, fascial release, structural support, pain relief, or injury prevention. Amy studied and was a certified kinesio taping practitioner (CKTP). Let her help speed your recovery from injury, exercise or surgery.

This add on provides a taping during session, application instructions, and a roll of tape. This add-on requires an additional 30 minutes.

Hot Towel Add On $5
Elevate your session with warm, aromatic towels applied to the neck, back, or feet. This add-on soothes sore muscles, enhances relaxation, and leaves you feeling grounded and refreshed. Ideal for easing tension and deepening your bodywork experience.

Arnica Infused Massage Cream $5
This hand-made massage cream is infused with Reiki and herbal/flower essences of arnica, St. John's wort, and calendula. The cream is made of quality extra virgin olive oil and made more dense with organic bees' wax. This add on allows you to sample this cream on the table. 4 oz jars are available for purchase in the lobby.

Oracle Card $10
This mini-reading can help focus intentions or access potential solutions to the wounds you are currently healing. The oracle decks I use focus on sacred geometry, angels, energetic self-care techniques, and symbols of the Feminine Divine. This is less about divination, and more about what healing steps or focus you might consider as you move through your healing process.

Put a Wish in the Reiki Intention Bowl FREE
Drop a wish in the Reiki intention bowl, and it will receive a continuous flow of Reiki from the crystal grid in the studio. This is a service I provide to my community and clients. Feel free to relinquish your worries, and let Reiki have them. These scraps of paper are never read, and are burned to relase them back to Source every now and then, usually at the change of the seasons or other potent times.

Smudge and/or Blessing Donation
I'm happy to offer a Reiki or shamanic blessing for you. We will smudge and clear your field, charging and blessing it with Reiki and your intentions. Some like this extra boost of confidence in their field when they face big challenges or medical events. Just ask, and we will set some time aside from your session. This is prayerful work, and I will not place a price on it, but will accept offerings in exchange if the results make you grateful in the end.

The Bodywork Clinic is designed to provide affordable massage and Reiki sessions for the community. While premium sessions offer more flexibility and extra time for preparation, clinic sessions focus on efficiency, allowing us to serve more clients at reduced rates.
Who Should Book a Clinic Session?
- Those on fixed incomes, public assistance, or anyone who wants to try massage or Reiki risk-free.
- If you receive Medicare, Social Security, Section 8, CalFresh, MediCal, or other public assistance, you may qualify for discounted rates. Discounted services all offered to U.S. Military Veterans.
Book a Massage Clinic Session
Clinic Session Details:
- Time-conscious: Appointments begin and end precisely at their scheduled time, with a focus on maximizing your 45 minutes of treatment.
- What to Expect: Please arrive ready for your session. Wear loose, stretchy clothing so you won’t need to undress.
- No delays: Sessions begin at the scheduled time (whether you are present or not) and end exactly 45 minutes later.
- By the end of the session, you’ll be dressed and leaving as the next appointment begins.

How to Book a Discounted Session:
- Book your clinic session online and fill out the intake form (sent to your email).
- If you qualify for a discounted rate (Medicare, MediCal, SNAP, Section 8, Social Security, SSDI, Military Veteran), talk to Amy at your first session. You will be given a $20 discount code to apply to future sessions.
- If you don’t qualify, or prefer to not claim your discount, please book the $60 session option without the coupon.

Reiki Clinic - Online or Distance Sessions from Anywhere
- Distance Reiki Clinic
- Thursdays, 7:00 am to 1:00 pm pacific time
- 45 or 30 minute sessions
- 60 or $40 each, discounts available to those in financial need
These distance Reiki sessions are offered in 45-minute intervals online–access them from anywhere. This special rate is offered for a limited time only. In exchange for a very affordable rate, you will be asked to provide a review or testimonial. We look forward to your valuable input.
How It Works
- Join the session via Zoom from your phone or internet-ready device.
- Make sure you’re in a quiet, comfortable space, ideal for relaxation or napping.
- Keep your camera on for the initial consultation, and feel free to turn it off during the treatment.
- After booking, you’ll receive an email with instructions, including a link to your Zoom meeting (no Zoom account required).
Discounts Available
If you’re on Medicare, Social Security, Section 8, CalFresh, MediCal, or another form of public assistance, you may qualify for a discounted rate of $40 or $30. Simply book at the regular rate, ask to qualify for the $20 discount coupon for future bookings. You may also book a free consultation to verify your eligibility prior to booking.
Whether you choose a discounted or regular clinic session, you’ll receive personalized care tailored to your needs. All payments for regular sessions are made at the time of booking.
If you need access to Reiki at even lower rates, you may qualify for additional assistance through Whole Self Unity, a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded by Amy.
