In-Person Services - FAQ
During your first visit, you will have an initial consultation to discuss your needs and preferences. In addition, Amy will explain her techniques and how to best communicate with her during your session. This helps Amy tailor the session to best support you at all times. You can expect a safe, welcoming environment focused on your comfort and relaxation.
Most in-person sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the service you choose. Amy plans pre-session time to discuss your needs and present state, then delivers a treatment session of 60 or 90 minutes, then will consult or debrief with you.
Please do expect that your first session will be 30 minutes longer to complete a full history, review your intake form, and establish a treatment plan. If you are in a rush, you can book a 30 minute consultation call to complete the intake process before you arrive for your first visit.
We recommend discussing your preferences with your practitioner to determine the best session length for you.
For most in-person sessions, you will be asked to disrobe to your comfort level. During Reiki sessions, clients typically lie down fully clothed, as the treatment can be performed over clothing. In contrast, for massage and bodywork services, undressing to your comfort level is encouraged to allow for effective treatment of the body. We provide towels or sheets for your privacy, and you can always communicate with your practitioner about any concerns or preferences regarding disrobing.
If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety and well-being of other clients and all practitioners moving through the studio.
Your health is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding and offering that same concern for all the others who move through our space.
We reschedule in the case of illness without penalty, as long as you reach out (text: 530.332.8070) prior to the scheduled start of the session. Obviously, we prefer 24 hours notice, but also understand that sometimes our bodies are unpredictable.
At Emerge Guided Healing, we prioritize health and safety. We implement strict hygiene practices, including:
- Regular sanitization of all equipment and surfaces.
- Hand washing before and after each session.
- Ensuring that all linens are clean, fresh, and sanitized.
For our regular clients, we are happy to provide personal sheets upon request, which clients can launder at home. In certain circumstances, Amy may wear masks or gloves for added protection; she will always communicate this with you prior to your arrival at the studio.
We also ask clients to inform us if they have been exposed to any contagious illnesses, have any open wounds, or exhibit rashes of any kind. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities!
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. This notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may need services.
Please note that Amy reserves the right to charge the full cost of the session for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter!
While tipping is not required, it is certainly appreciated. If you enjoyed your experience and wish to express gratitude for your practitioner’s service, a tip is a wonderful way to do so.
Please note that Amy does not expect tips, as her prices are set to cover her expenses. However, it is generally important to tip massage therapists who are employed by a service or spa, as they often receive only a small portion of the fees charged for their services.
To book services in the Chico studio, feel free to use the online booking link to book your session and pay in advance.
If you have questions or would like more information, feel free to book a FREE telephone consultation if you have questions. During this call, you can have your questions answered, and if you’re ready to book, you can do so over the phone.
For established clients, you can also text Amy at 530.332.8070 to request a booking. Please refrain from calling, as Amy often turns off notifications for extended periods due to the nature of her work. Text messages will receive quicker responses.
Yes, you are welcome to bring someone with you to your appointment if it helps you feel more comfortable. Whether it’s a friend, family member, translator, or support person, we want you to feel at ease during your session.
Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing someone, so we can ensure there’s adequate space and support for everyone. Since there is no receptionist at the studio, we ask that guests either stay in the treatment room with you during your session or step outside the building during treatment and enter the treatment room at the beginning and end of your session.
Yes, it’s important to inform us of any specific health conditions or concerns before your appointment. This includes any chronic illnesses, recent surgeries, injuries, or conditions that could affect your treatment. Sharing this information allows us to tailor your session to meet your unique needs and ensure your safety and comfort throughout the process.

Distance (Online) Services - FAQ
To book a distance session, you can use our online booking link to schedule your appointment and pay in advance. It’s a straightforward process designed to make securing your spot easy and convenient.
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sessions that have already been booked, but we will do our best to accommodate you for rescheduling if needed. In extreme circumstances, we will consider refunds; however, please note that a 10% fee will apply to cover administration costs and credit card/banking fees.
You can reschedule your appointment right up to the scheduled time without penalty. Simply follow the links in your confirmation email to adjust your existing appointment online.
After you book an appointment, the scheduler will email you a booking link to a Zoom meeting, where you will meet Amy face to face (if you choose) at the scheduled time.
You can join the meeting from your computer, tablet, or phone. If you prefer, you also have the option to disable your camera and communicate through audio only.
At the beginning of your session, after a brief initial chat, you’ll be asked to make yourself comfortable. If your camera was on initially, you’ll be invited to turn it off when it’s time to relax and receive your session.
During the treatment, ensure you’re in a comfortable and safe space—similar to preparing for a nap. Amy won’t play music during the session due to potential online delays and buffering. However, you’re welcome to play soft, relaxing music from your own device in your space.
For clearer communication during the treatment, consider wearing earbuds connected to your Zoom device. Taking a moment to plan these logistics in advance will help set you up for a successful session.
At the end of the session, Amy will check in with your state of mind. Many clients become so relaxed that they drift off to sleep—congratulations! If this happens, Amy will disconnect quietly, allowing you to rest.
Closing a Reiki session typically concludes with a sharing of experiences and insights received during the session. If you fall asleep, Amy will follow up by sending any messages or insights to you via email.
Yes! Distance Reiki is sometimes more effective than in-person sessions. It does actually work.
Many of my clients report far more validation or “sensation” during distance sessions.
Remember that skeptics are welcome! Give it a try, and let’s put answers to your questions through an incredible experience.
To prepare for your online session, find a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without distractions. You may want to have a cozy blanket, water, and any items that help you feel calm nearby. If gentle music will help you, set the level low and play it on a different device than the one used to access the conference. Setting an intention or a goal (desired outcomes) for your session can also enhance your experience. Amy will help you perfect these intentions and goals at the outset of the session.
While we encourage turning your camera on for a more personal connection, it is not mandatory. If you prefer to keep your camera off during the session, you can still benefit from the energy work.
We invite all recipients to mute or turn off their cameras during the treatment (after the initial consultation). This way, you can fully relax without any distractions or concerns about being on camera.
In the event of a disconnection, please try to reconnect as quickly as possible. If the connection cannot be restored, we will follow up via email or text to reschedule or continue the session at a later time, ensuring you receive the full benefit of your appointment. If you know you will not be able to reconnect, please text Amy as soon as possible: 530.332.8070.
If you prefer not to be seen during your session, that is completely fine! You can keep your camera off or use a virtual background. Your comfort is our priority, and we want you to feel at ease during your time with us.
To participate in an online session, you’ll need a device with internet access, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
For tablets and computers, make sure you have the Zoom app installed and functioning properly. With your meeting invitation, you should also be able to call in to the meeting by placing a phone call then entering the meeting number and password when prompted.
A stable internet connection is essential for a smooth experience.
If possible, using headphones or earbuds can improve audio clarity during the session, since you will be asked to settle in, close your eyes, and relax as if falling asleep.
Absolutely! Distance Reiki is accessible to everyone, regardless of prior experience. We encourage you to approach the session with an open mind. Amy will guide you through the process, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported throughout your experience.
If you have specific goals or intentions for your session, please feel free to share them during the initial consultation. This information helps Amy tailor the session to better meet your needs and enhance your experience. You will be advised about how to focus your intentions and goals to deliver the best possible outcomes for yourself, those around you and all beings.
For an optimal experience, find a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without interruptions. Make sure the area is free from distractions, and consider dimming the lights or lighting a candle, or adding a relaxing scent if that helps you feel more at ease. The goal is to create a peaceful environment that allows you to fully immerse yourself in the session. In addition, the environment should be a space that is safe for you to drift off to sleep in–driving your car or riding public transportation would not be ideal locations.
can unmute your microphone or send a message via the chat feature to let Amy know. Your comfort matter; we can adjustment to ensure you feel safe and supported throughout the experience.
During the session, Amy will attempt to allow your experience to unfold without interruption, although she may offer gentle narration of what she is doing or sensing. Feel free to request the type of interaction that you prefer!
Just because Amy is maintaining silence to respect your experience, you should always feel welcome to discuss or communicate any sensations, impressions, or feelings that arise. You are also welcome to simply experience these and share them at the end of the session.
The possibilities are endless, and you are in complete control of your session and the energy flow.
Frequently Asked Questions
Massage and Bodywork - FAQ
To enhance clarity and organization, here’s a revised version of the excerpt:
Sports Massage employs a range of techniques tailored to meet the specific goals of athletes, which may include enhancing flexibility, alleviating pain, aiding workout recovery, preventing injuries, facilitating injury recovery, improving range of motion, or enhancing posture. However, you don’t need to be a professional athlete to benefit from Sports Massage.
In sessions, I utilize various techniques based on the individual client’s needs and objectives. These techniques may include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, facilitated stretching, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), fascial release, gua sha, acupressure, cupping, and kinesio taping. Additionally, with the client’s consent, I may incorporate energy techniques like Reiki when appropriate.
Here’s a revised version of the excerpt for clarity and conciseness:
It’s crucial to distinguish between pain and discomfort. Pain should always be avoided, while discomfort serves as a cautionary signal. Pain is sharp and harmful, while discomfort is mild and feels productive, akin to the satisfying ache of a good stretch. If a sensation makes you hold your breath, we’ve crossed into pain territory and will adjust immediately.
During a Sports Massage session, we often navigate the fine line between discomfort and pain. As a result, I’ll communicate with you more frequently, asking about pressure, tenderness, and joint mobility limits. It’s essential for you to remain semi-engaged and alert, providing feedback to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of the session. (If you’re seeking a therapist for a passive experience, I may not be the right fit.)
Will it hurt? No, not with my expertise and your attentive feedback. However, there may be moments of intense sensation. The intensity of the session always aligns with your communicated desires, needs, and goals.
I craft my own creams and oils by infusing olive oil and/or coconut oil with organic, ethically harvested flowers and herbs. My standard cream consists of olive oil infused with arnica, calendula, and St. John’s wort, enriched with Reiki energy and thickened with beeswax. This gentle yet effective blend is ideal for soothing sore muscles, reducing inflammation, and healing bruises. While I don’t currently carry commercial creams in stock, I’m happy to accommodate requests for specific products.
Additionally, I incorporate products from Biotone into my practice, as they are permitted at competitive sporting events. These products are water-soluble, allowing you to sweat through them without causing discomfort or overheating during workouts or in hot conditions. Moreover, they easily wash out of my sheets, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
After this type of massage, it’s normal to experience soreness or aches similar to those after a strenuous workout, typically within the first 24-48 hours. This discomfort arises from the release of lactic acid as contracted muscles relax. Furthermore, improved circulation post-massage facilitates the movement of waste out of cells and tissues and into the circulatory system.
The best remedy is to stay hydrated! Drinking plenty of water helps your body eliminate cellular waste effectively.
Keep moving, but do so gently. Incorporate stretching, rest, and relaxation, but don’t feel compelled to remain completely still.
Some find relief in a soothing hot bath, possibly enhanced with essential oils or Epsom salts.
If your muscles were particularly tight and tense for an extended period, you might consider taking your preferred over-the-counter pain reliever. Once the achy sensation subsides, you’ll likely notice a significant improvement in how you feel.
Absolutely! I offer a single hourly rate so we can mix and match as you prefer. Simply ask when you come in for your session.
Reiki is only provided with express, direct consent or permission. If I feel Reiki might be beneficial while you are on the table, I may ask for permission to use Reiki. However, if you are not interested in mixing Reiki with your session, let me know at the start of your appointment and it will not come up again. Your will is sacred.
No, pregnancy massage is not among my offerings. However, I can provide some referrals. If you are pregnant, massage should be tailored to your unique needs at this time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Reiki - FAQ
Reiki is a relaxation and stress reduction technique that originated in Japan. The word Reiki translates into as: universal (Rei) life-force energy (ki or Qi in Chinese). Everyone who receives Reiki gets their own unique experience, but everyone leaves feeling refreshed and relaxed.
When I offer Reiki, I simply offer unconditional love. My job is to allow this energy to provide healing, nourishment, and renewal to the recipient. There is no judgment. Only love.
When you relax as deeply as Reiki allows you to, in a space of energetic safety and renewal, your body is able to reset itself. Your immune system works more efficiently and effectively. Hormonal fight or flight systems settle. Many find pain relief, alleviation of symptoms, better sleep, and feelings of calm during and after a session.
Reiki allows recipients to experience deep levels of conscious relaxation generally only attained by practiced meditators. As universal energy, it is not bound by time or space. It can be offered online or over the phone, and be just as effective as a face-to-face session.
Absolutely! I offer a single, hourly rate regardless of modality so we can mix Reiki and massage as desired. Some clients come in for massage, and ask that the last few minutes be focused on Reiki. This can be a great way to bring Reiki into other kinds of sessions.
Reiki is a meditative practice rather than a belief system. Therefore, receiving Reiki doesn’t require you to hold any specific beliefs—it’s compatible with nearly every belief system. The practice itself embodies compassion and love, principles endorsed by most belief systems.
While you may come across various opinions about Reiki on the internet, many of them are authored by individuals who haven’t experienced Reiki and don’t fully understand it. If you have any specific questions or doubts about trying this modality, I’m an experienced teacher and would be happy to provide information and support.
Karuna is a form of Reiki that uses compassionate frequencies. In my experience, I have had Karuna sessions that felt significant, but I could not identify the actual shift that took place at the time of treatment. Later, when a major life event hits, the shift then becomes palpable and obvious. Healing change can then settle in gently and powerfully. Other practitioners have shared this sense of Karuna waiting until you are ready to finally “kick in”.
The energetic frequencies we use in Karuna are different from those taught in traditional Usui Reiki, although the techniques used are essentially the same. Karuna is very well suited to be delivered through sound, and often these frequencies are sung. Expect that a full Karuna Reiki session will include the singing of the energy as it is called in. I prefer to do Karuna sessions only in 90 minute bookings to allow time for all symbols (energetic frequencies) to be sung. Book a 90 minute Reiki session to enjoy this beautiful sound healing treatment.
I’m extensively trained in various forms of Reiki, including Usui/Tibetan and Holy Fire III Reiki, through the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). My training includes valuable guidance from renowned teachers such as William Rand, Laurelle Gaia, and Michael Baird.
During my time in Sedona, I underwent extensive training with Michael and Laurelle, where I immersed myself in sound healing techniques, including Reiki Sonics I/II, Reiki Drumming, and Crystal Reiki classes. Karuna Reiki, which I also offer, incorporates the use of sound for Reiki delivery.
My offerings encompass a wide range of Reiki Crystal healing approaches and grids, including Chakra clearing and reprogramming. Additionally, I provide comprehensive Reiki sound healing techniques, utilizing chanting/toning, Reiki drumming, tuning forks, and Tibetan or crystal bowls.
I also offer Reiki clearing sessions for both individuals and homes, integrating shamanic practices with traditional Reiki techniques.
For a basic Reiki session (60 minutes), you can choose to focus solely on Reiki or incorporate light bodywork, sounds, and crystals as needed. During this session, you’ll experience a 20-minute Holy Fire experience, including guided meditation and general field cleansing, along with a body scan and hands-on Reiki.
For more intricate sessions, such as Crystal sessions, aura clearing, Karuna, and tuning fork sessions, I recommend booking a 90-minute session. You can schedule your preferred session through my booking system.
Frequently Asked Questions
Classes, Workshops, and Events - FAQ
To hold a spot in a class, simply register and pay an initial deposit. Some classes require tools to be ordered for each student, so I recommend registering and paying your deposit at least one month before any crystal or sound healing class.
Deposits are nonrefundable, and nontransferable (to another person). However, they can be applied to any other class within the next calendar year after the date of the initial class. They can also be applied to other treatments and services in this time frame.
Payment options are available based on the cost of the class and the size of the deposit. However, classes must be paid in full at the beginning of the first session. If you’re unable to do so, please contact me, and we’ll explore various options. These may include shifting your enrollment to the next class or enrolling you through Whole Self Unity, an integrative healing nonprofit that may offer scholarships or funding opportunities.
Refunds are not provided for classes. However, any payments made can be applied to a future class within one calendar year from the start of the original class. Alternatively, payments or tuition can be used towards treatment sessions if preferred.
If you’re unable to attend all class sessions at the scheduled time, you’ll need to retake the course to obtain certification. While discounts and special tuition reductions may be negotiated, no refunds are offered for incomplete classes.
Certification requires completion of all requirements, including attendance at all class sessions. Makeup work can be arranged to replace missed sessions, typically at an additional cost (one-on-one rates are $100 per hour), depending on the circumstances.
Prior to starting class, all prerequisites must be completed. If you’re transitioning from another teacher, you may have some preliminary “homework” to complete before the class begins.
Moreover, students from other Reiki lineages and teachers are required to submit a copy of their prior Reiki certificates.
For those interested in taking Reiki Master or Karuna Reiki Master classes, completion of Reiki III is necessary beforehand. This requirement applies even if you’re already a Reiki Master trained under a different teacher.
Reiki III, also known as Advanced Reiki Training, is where we delve into Energetic Hygiene in detail. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Lastly, it’s recommended to spend at least one year as a Reiki Master before considering enrollment in the Karuna Reiki Master class.
You’re warmly welcomed to enroll in our classes. Simply present your highest level Reiki certificate to enroll in the next class. The only exception is for Reiki Masters or those intending to take the Reiki Master Class, who are required to also enroll in a Reiki III class.
Previously, this class was part of the first day of the 3-day Reiki Master class offered through the ICRT. However, with the introduction of Holy Fire, more emphasis has been placed on Holy Fire transmission during the 3-day Master class, leaving insufficient time for the Advanced techniques. As a result, I prefer to teach hygiene practices and Advanced techniques in a separate class, preparing students for Reiki Master Training. This applies even to individuals from other lineages or teachers who may have already received Holy Fire.
This decision is driven by the upcoming class focusing on planetary healing, which necessitates practitioners to possess comprehensive knowledge and understanding of impeccable energetic hygiene.
Before enrolling in Holy Fire or Karuna Master classes with me, I require all students to first complete Reiki III. This ensures that my Master level students possess a solid foundation in energetic hygiene techniques and are proficient in utilizing advanced Reiki techniques.
I understand that adding an extra class to your journey may seem costly. However, to accommodate this requirement, I offer reduced costs for my Reiki Master class. Essentially, taking these two classes will only incur a slightly higher cost than attending an ICRT Reiki Master class. However, you’ll gain access to a significantly broader curriculum.
Here’s a refined version of the excerpt:
All of my classes are designed to allow students ample time each week for reading, practicing, and deeply understanding the material before moving on to the next topic. The goal is to facilitate the development of a strong and nurturing relationship with Reiki throughout the duration of the class.
As a result, class durations can vary significantly, ranging from 3 weeks to 3 months or even longer.
Currently, in-person classes are exclusively offered in Chico, CA, where I reside and conduct client sessions.
For those unable to attend in person, online classes are conducted via Zoom, allowing students to participate from anywhere in the world. While these classes do not involve face-to-face meetings, they also eliminate the need for travel arrangements and accommodations.
Hybrid classes primarily take place online via Zoom, similar to online classes. However, the final class session (or two) is held in a city with a major airport on the west coast of the US. Locations and dates for these sessions may vary. This format allows students to convene in person to practice with each other after completing the bulk of the course. Moreover, this arrangement ensures that Reiki class does not consume the entire weekend for those who choose to travel.
Participation in Reiki Share sessions is mandatory for all students across all levels and classes. My objective is to foster a vibrant community of Reiki practitioners who actively engage with and support each other, whether in person or online. As practitioners gain experience, the requirements for participation evolve accordingly.
I provide opportunities for Reiki Shares four times a month, both in person and online. For students in Levels I and II, I strongly recommend attending my Reiki Shares to fulfill this requirement.
Students at Reiki III level or above are encouraged to participate in any Reiki Share they can find, with a form available for the host to sign. As the requirements evolve, guidelines are provided to each class.
Occasionally, my classes are sponsored by Whole Self Unity, a 501c3 nonprofit committed to providing integrative healing for all individuals. If you’re interested in exploring this option, please feel free to chat with me, and I can provide you with the application.
It’s important to note that energy work operates on principles of fair exchange. If you’re unable to afford the full price of a class and receive assistance, you’ll be expected to contribute through work or other efforts in exchange for the funding provided. Additionally, all obligations, including payments, must be fulfilled before the start of your class.

Reiki Shares - FAQ
These gatherings are less formal, and practitioners get to network and share. New folks get an introduction to Reiki that is free or low cost. Service to the general community is part of the purpose of a share. Those who cannot otherwise pay for a session receive.
Students learning to practice Reiki learn alongside other practitioners and gain experiences outside of class. Folks looking for a Reiki practitioner or teacher often come to get to know who is practicing in the area. People who have questions about Reiki have a chance to ask them. A Reiki Share can serve so many different people and so many needs.
Finally, Shares are usually offered on a donation basis to provide community service.
That depends on the type of Reiki Share. Community Reiki Shares are open to anyone in the community. Anyone can attend, and anyone can receive.
Practitioner Reiki Shares are closed to practitioners only, but are open to any level and any lineage. I hold practitioner Reiki Shares so that current students can use these Shares to ask questions, solidify class concepts outside of class time, and have another way to complete homework.
When you RSVP for a Reiki Share pay close attention to the type of share.
I hold Reiki Shares on a weekly basis online, alternating between Community Reiki Shares which broadcast every other Tuesday from 5:30 t0 6:15 pm pacific time. On opposite weeks, we meet on Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:00 pm in a Zoom room (register to attend).
Chico Reiki Shares (in person) are held every other week on Sundays from 3:30 to 5 pm in my Massage studio. Donations are accepted at the door.
Level I or II students are asked to only attend my practitioner shares for Reiki Share requirements. However, you are encouraged to attend any Reiki Share whenever you can!
Students who are in a Reiki III class or above are welcome to attend any Reiki Share to fulfill their requirements. There is a form for your host to sign as proof of your attendance.
Sometimes. If you are attend a Practitioner Only Reiki share, you may bring only Reiki-attuned guests.
If your guest is not Reiki attuned, please stick to Community Reiki Shares.
Frequently Asked Questions
Shamanic Services - FAQ
Shamanic principles empower individuals to forge connections with energetic and spiritual realms, often guided by a shaman. Cross-cultural healing encompasses various techniques such as trauma support, extraction (cleansing energy fields), soul retrieval, and psychopomp.
Traditionally, shamanic practitioners earn the title of shaman through community acknowledgment, not self-assertion.
In many traditional communities, compensating shamanic practitioners adheres to strict customs. Charging for healing is often viewed as inappropriate, a belief I share. However, support from the community sustains healers through offerings of food, supplies, or trade goods.
In our modern culture, monetary exchange substitutes for traditional offerings, yet it’s essential to maintain the spirit of fair exchange and communal obligation.
My pricing reflects the necessities of my practice, covering preparation, supplies, and travel. Nonetheless, I remain committed to providing healing regardless of financial means.
For those facing financial constraints, I’m open to negotiating arrangements. Consider booking a free consultation to embark on this transformative journey together.
As mentioned above, the time I spend with you in ceremony is only a small part of my labor. Time spent preparing for ceremony, studying, staying current with my skills, living a life that allows me to do this work, travel, equipment, and ceremonial supplies all impact my ability to support myself and fill my own needs.
In addition, my experiences with clients have shown that free services are often not taken seriously. Without a client investment, some access services without commit to their own healing. These folks seek a healer to do the work they should be taking on for themselves.
I work with those committed to their own healing, who are ready and willing to put forth effort on their journey.
If you seek other means of exchange, let’s chat. You may be surprised what can manifest once you commit to making this journey with your authentic and healed self.
Shamanic ceremony can be done anywhere at any time, but the work benefits from the recipient making a symbolic or literal journey. These healings gain strength when they are held outside of normal environments at liminal times (such as at night near a fire in nature).
As a shamanic practitioner I incorporate my Reiki tools, my knowledge of psychology, Theta healing principles, Akashic Records work, crystals, sound, traditional spiritual approaches, divination techniques, and life experience as an angelic channel.
Established clients should simply ask during other scheduled services or reach out via text.
New clients are asked to book a telephone consultation to show your commitment to the work ahead. If you are able to pay for this consultation please do so. Any payment for the consultation booking will be considered a “down payment” on the ceremony ahead.
If you cannot pay, book a free consultation and let’s chat about an exchange for the healing you need. Please understand that no work is “free” and there will always be an exchange that proves your commitment to the work.
In addition to shamanic practices, and Reiki tools, I also provide Theta healing reprogramming, divination, angelic journey channels, akashic records access, and guided journeys. These services are added to one-on-one sessions at my standard going rate. Let me know if you need to add a card or an affirmationto your regularly scheduled session. Guided Journeys are a separate treatment session (see below).
Guided journeys are based on the Shamanic Counseling approach taught by the Institute for Shamanic Studies.
This approach is completed by the client under the guidance and protection of a shamanic practitioner. The practitioner sets and guides the journey, providing an anchoring to consensual reality as the client makes an inter-dimensional journey.
Journeys to past lives, memories, traumatic events, elevated guides, family members who have passed on, and to the between life council are among the options for these experiences.
